Katie Woodling  ~  Manager and Server
Katie is a South Minneapolis native and has worked at al Vento since 2006. She began working in the restaurant industry two years before, at a similar trattoria, Pane Vino Dolce. From there, she moved to Restaurant Levain where her knowledge of food and wine grew. Soon she found herself at al Vento, which she considers home. A very creative and passionate person, she counts the people she works with as family.
